Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to Meetfleet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meetfleet mobile application and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Meetfleet ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete your account.
Section 01
Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Meetfleet. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover or reasonably suspect that you are under 18, we will immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice and without refund of any purchases.
1.2 Legal Capacity
You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
1.3 One Account Per Person
You may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban, circumvent feature limits, or manipulate platform data is strictly prohibited.
Section 02
Account Registration & Security
2.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account. Providing false information, including a false age, name, or phone number, is a violation of these Terms.
2.2 Credentials & Passkey
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your phone number, password, and 4-digit passkey PIN. We will never ask for your passkey PIN via email, message, or support channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@meetfleet.app.
2.3 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Section 03
Plans & Social Features
3.1 Creating Plans
Meetfleet allows you to create social plans and invite or accept other users to join them. You agree to provide accurate information when creating plans and not to use plans as a mechanism for spam, scams, or luring users under false pretenses.
3.2 Plan Requests
Other users may request to join your plans. You have full discretion to accept or reject requests. Accepted requests form a mutual commitment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may negatively affect your Trust Score.
3.3 Trust Score
After a plan concludes, participants may rate each other using our structured feedback system. Your Trust Score (0–100%) is calculated from aggregated feedback and displayed publicly on your profile. Individual raters are anonymous. You may not attempt to manipulate your Trust Score through coordinated fake feedback.
3.4 Plan Limits
Free accounts may be subject to limits on the number of active plans they can create simultaneously. Prime+ subscribers receive unlimited plan creation.
Section 04
Poke System
You may send one poke per user per calendar day. A poke is a lightweight social signal indicating interest or acknowledgment. Pokes must not be used as a tool for harassment, repeated unsolicited contact, or intimidation. Abuse of the poke system · including creating secondary accounts to circumvent the daily limit · will result in suspension.
Section 05
Ghost Mode
5.1 What Ghost Mode Does
Ghost Mode prevents your profile from being added to any user's visitor list while active. It also suppresses your online or active status. Ghost Mode can be configured for 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, or indefinitely. Unlimited Ghost Mode is a Prime+ exclusive feature.
5.2 What Ghost Mode Does Not Do
Ghost Mode does not make your account or existing profile invisible in discovery feeds. Your profile may still appear in plans and search results. All messages, pokes, plan requests, and other actions you take while in Ghost Mode are fully attributed to your account and subject to moderation.
5.3 Misuse
You may not use Ghost Mode to repeatedly stalk, monitor, or harass other users while avoiding detection. Such behavior constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.
Section 06
Locked Profile
The Locked Profile feature allows you to individually hide your photos, music taste, profile stats, and interests from other users. Locking your profile does not remove you from discovery; your name, age, gender, and avatar remain visible. You may enable or disable Locked Profile at any time in Settings → Privacy. Repeated toggling of Locked Profile to selectively deceive other users may be considered manipulative conduct under these Terms.
Section 07
Profile Visitors & Impressions
7.1 Visitor Data
A record is created when you view another user's profile. Prime+ subscribers can see who viewed their profile. Visitor records are not created when the viewer has Ghost Mode active.
7.2 Plan Analytics
Prime+ subscribers who create plans can view impression data, detail views, map opens, profile taps, and reminder additions for their plans. This data is private to the plan creator.
7.3 Prohibited Manipulation
Artificially inflating your impressions, views, or visitor counts — through bots, coordinated clicking, or other means · is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Prime+ benefits without refund.
Section 08
Prime+ Subscription
8.1 Features
Prime+ is a paid subscription tier that unlocks premium features including unlimited plan creation, profile visitor identification, plan impression analytics, unlimited Ghost Mode, maximum reach in discovery, precision location features, and a premium profile theme.
8.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal
Prime+ subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on a recurring basis. Pricing is displayed in the app prior to purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period and is non-refundable except as required by Apple's refund policies.
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Prime+ subscription at any time through your device's App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account.
8.4 Forfeiture
If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms, any active Prime+ subscription is immediately forfeited without refund. We do not offer pro-rated refunds.
8.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance and will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
8.6 Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA)
Your use of the Meetfleet application is also subject to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA). By using our app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Section 09
User Content
9.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Service, including profile photos, plan photos, voice notes, messages, and feedback ("User Content").
9.2 License to Meetfleet
By submitting User Content, you grant Meetfleet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.
9.3 Content Standards
You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to post content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
9.4 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, at any time and without prior notice. We are under no obligation to store or retain User Content.
Section 10
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Register if you are under 18 years of age
- Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, bully, or intimidate any other user
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or age
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive plan information to lure users
- Post obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise harmful content
- Solicit money, personal information, or sexual favors from other users
- Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Meetfleet system or network
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Artificially manipulate Trust Scores, impressions, visitor counts, or any platform metrics
- Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or exploit feature limits
- Share or publicly disclose another user's personal information without their explicit consent
- Facilitate, organize, or promote illegal activities, violence, or criminal enterprises
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure
Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of all purchases and subscriptions without refund, and potential civil or criminal legal action.
Section 11
Reporting & Blocking
11.1 Reporting Users
You may report any user for spam or fake accounts, inappropriate content, harassment or bullying, suspected underage users, scam or fraud, or other policy violations. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and treated as a priority.
11.2 Blocking
Blocking a user immediately and permanently prevents all interaction between your accounts. You may view and manage your block list in Settings → Blocked Users.
11.3 False Reports
Submitting false, retaliatory, or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Section 12
Offline Meetups & Personal Safety
12.1 No Background Checks
Meetfleet does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or any vetting of users beyond basic account registration. We cannot and do not guarantee that users are who they claim to be.
12.2 Assumption of Risk
WHEN YOU AGREE TO MEET ANOTHER USER IN PERSON, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. MEETFLEET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER IN OFFLINE SETTINGS. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO: MEET IN PUBLIC, WELL-LIT LOCATIONS; INFORM A TRUSTED FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER OF YOUR WHEREABOUTS; USE THE IN-APP LOCATION SHARING FEATURE; AND TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS · IF YOU FEEL UNSAFE, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND REPORT THE USER.
12.3 Emergency Situations
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 or your local equivalent) first. You may report the incident to us afterward at support@meetfleet.app.
Section 13
Location Sharing
The in-app location sharing feature allows you to share your real-time GPS coordinates with other users via messages. This feature is intended to enhance personal safety. You should only share your location with users you trust. Once shared, a location message is stored as part of the conversation history. Meetfleet is not responsible for any harm arising from misuse of location data shared between users.
Section 14
Music Features
Meetfleet's music discovery features allow you to search for tracks, preview audio clips, add tracks to your music profile, and share music with other users. Audio previews are streamed from third-party music data providers and are subject to their respective terms. You may not use music features to infringe upon any copyright or distribute unauthorized recordings.
Section 15
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service · including the app design, interface, source code, graphics, logos, and trademarks · are the exclusive property of Meetfleet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Section 16
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
16.1 No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
16.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEETFLEET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY OTHER USER, INCLUDING OFFLINE INTERACTIONS; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; OR ANY PLAN, MEETUP, OR ACTIVITY ARRANGED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meetfleet and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, any content you post, or any dispute between you and another user including claims arising from offline meetups.
Section 18

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you are immediately revoked.
18.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All your User Content may be deleted. Any active Prime+ subscription is forfeited without refund. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
